When referring to Warpath, you should think, see, and breathe WAR. And whenever there is war, the only thing you can do to win is to become the most powerful commander. You must strategically improve and dominate the map to rule in this highly addictive base-building game.
Our Warpath strategy guide will walk you through every critical aspect of the game, from beginner tips like improving your resource gains to more advanced ones like map positioning and fighting. We’ll start with some essential Warpath advice and work our way up to slightly more refined recommendations.
Soldier, are you prepared?
Warpath Tip #1: Don’t forget about your basic quest log
The quest log is one of the best ways to quickly level up in the early game. Your goal should be to upgrade your base as soon as possible, so you can move on to the game’s more fun and strategy-packed sections. Another great reason to pay attention to these quests is that they will gradually introduce you to the actual battles you’ll fight in the long run. You will gradually become accustomed to the game mechanics and all the other elements of the matches.
Warpath Tip #2: Scout to discover the tremendously resource-rich areas surrounding your base
You should scout the map around your base whenever you are idle in the game. Be constantly vigilant for a camp or a Raven that you can raid, gather your troops, and go! This is one of the best ways to stock up on resources early on while also gaining EXP. You should also estimate the respawn time for some of these camps, mainly if you are farming a particular resource.
Then again, fight Raven camps whenever and wherever you find yourself capable of doing so. Ravens are camps that can be found throughout the world map. You can fight these to farm resources, so try to find and loot as many as possible!
Warpath Tip #3: Open more chests to gain access to powerful camps
As you progress through the levels, you will begin to collect Universal Coupons, which can be used to summon various units. It’s never worth it to use only one Universal Coupon at a time for summoning. Instead, be patient and collect 10 of them to increase your chances of getting 4-star and 5-star units. When you get a 5-star camp, begin upgrading it right away. Believe it or not, it is worth investing in those and swapping them out in your Army once you level them up. A 5-star unit will be far more powerful than your existing 4-star and lower units.
Warpath Tip #4: Maintain a constant search for new features
You should begin researching as soon as you can construct your Research Center. Consider prioritizing the Engineering Tests, as this feature will increase your overall Tech Research Speed. Once you develop that, focus on upgrading the military functions most relevant to you – Camp Liberty, Vanguard Division, or Martyrs’ Watch. After you have unlocked the additional research divisions, shift your focus on collections and anything to help you boost your customized CP.
Warpath Tip #5: Join one of the most active Alliances to date
It may take some time, but joining one of the top Alliances has its advantages, and they are pretty significant, believe it or not. To begin with, you will be able to receive assistance from other players while researching or building/developing something, reducing the number of speed-ups you will need to use. Then you have unrestricted access to many fantastic features that will allow you to become even more powerful. Finally, you’ll have plenty to do and battles to join, from extra stats granted by the Alliance Research function to an exclusive Alliance Store and Alliance Wars (PvP).
Warpath Tip #6: Remember to collect your Airdrops whenever possible
Claim your Airdrop resources as soon as you have access to them. They will replenish over time, so try to use them whenever possible. You should also look around the map for any additional resources you can expropriate.
Warpath Tip #7: Upgrade your units and finish Campaign Mode
The Campaign mode is a more complex game mode in which you must complete specific tasks by following particular orders in a set amount of time. These tasks become more difficult as you advance, so you won’t be able to complete them all right away. To complete the higher campaign battles, your units may need to be of specific strength, so take your time and get there. If you find yourself stuck on one of the levels, continue to play as usual and keep upgrading your Warpath units. What you will learn and earn in benefits will be worth your while.
