For iPhone, the listing identifies Meta Platforms, Inc., requires iOS 18.0 or later, and has an 18+ rating. Check these details rather than downloading the first result with “Muse” in its title.
For Android, we direct readers to Meta’s product page because we have not verified a Google Play package identifier for this article. Avoid treating a third-party APK download as evidence that Meta supports your region.

App installation and account access are separate
There are three useful questions to answer in order:
- Can your device install the app? Check the operating-system requirement in the actual store listing.
- Does your storefront offer it? Read the message shown by your local store, rather than relying on a shared US link.
- Does your account have access? Follow the app or website’s access instructions after signing in.
Passing the first check does not guarantee the third. If the app opens but presents an access notice, reinstalling it may leave you at exactly the same notice.
What about the UK, Europe and other countries?
The launch announcement confirms the US rollout; it does not provide a complete current country list. We therefore cannot label the UK, Bulgaria, India or any other unverified market as supported or assign it a release date.
Check two places: Meta’s current product page and your local app store. If they give different impressions, distinguish a general marketing page from the specific access decision shown to your account.
The languages an app lists and the regions where accounts can use it are different information. A language being supported does not establish availability in the country where that language is spoken.

Do not change several things at once. If you update the operating system, switch accounts and reinstall simultaneously, you will have less information about which change affected the problem.
Do you need an invitation code?
We have not verified a universal invitation requirement or a reliable public code-distribution route. Follow the official access flow shown to your account.
A stranger offering a code cannot establish that your region or account will become eligible. Do not pay for an access promise based solely on a social post. If the service presents a legitimate invitation field, use the accompanying official instructions.
Does WhatsApp access mean everyone can use Muse?
Meta describes messaging Muse through WhatsApp as an access route. That does not make an existing Meta AI conversation proof of Muse eligibility. Check the product name and the access instructions rather than assuming every AI chat belongs to the new agent.
