Basics of the Impossible Quiz
Initially named The Impossible Game, the Impossible Quiz was created by Spanish developer Senashe under the Slapp-Me-Do platform. The Flash game was first released in 2010 and became famous for its nearly impossible gameplay. The game consists of twenty riddles that players must answer correctly to advance. Each correct answer leads the player to the following riddle. Each incorrect answer forces the player to restart from scratch. Although the concept is simple, the difficulty level escalates quickly as the puzzles become more challenging.

The Impossible Quiz challenges users with increasingly tricky riddles that will have you scratching your head in confusion and frustration. The questions are simple enough, but figuring out the answers requires a lot of thought, concentration, and sometimes even luck. With each correct answer, the player moves on to the next question until they reach the final riddle. At this point, they either win or lose, depending on their ability to solve it correctly.

Gameplay
The game consists of several mini-games that test the player’s knowledge. Depending on the level, the player is awarded different amounts of points. The player earns up to three points for each correct answer for the initial stages. However, the final level grants one point regardless of how many questions are answered correctly.
If a player chooses not to answer, they will be forced to skip. No progress could ever be made in the game until all questions are responded to in their order of appearance. When choosing an incorrect answer or if the player refuses to choose an answer when prompted, it is shown whether they have got it right after a few seconds. The player can also get a hint by clicking on the question mark (?) icon located in the bottom left corner of the screen. This will show them the correct answer but deducts one point from their score. The number of hints available depends on the difficulty setting chosen by the player before starting the quiz.
The Epic 10
The final 10 questions of the quiz are called The Epic 10. Unfortunately, the Epic 10 is not for the faint of heart. This section of the game consists of ten questions that are always random and often obscure. Fans of The Impossible Quiz wonder if there is a connection between any or all of these final questions. Still, nothing has ever been found. Although, it may be interesting to note that many earlier questions are tied to later ones through various references and jokes.
